Delphine Jouenne

Founding Partner

Delphine is Managing Partner of Enderby, which she co-founded in 2008 with Cyril Chassaing. For the past 23 years, she has been advising companies and their executives on their brand, corporate communications and speech-writing strategies.

A graduate in in classics and philosophy, Delphine began her career at Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen and then PwC before joining a communications group.

She is the author of several books, including "Un Bien Grand Mot", which has been exploring newsworthy words every year since 2019, "Démostalgie: de la rupture du citoyen avec le politique" (2023) published by Editions Enderby and “Les (bons) mots du travail” (2023). In 2022, she also set up À Priori(s), a new media aimed at executives and decision-makers. 

She is regularly asked to lead conferences, offering unique insights into the evolution of language and the collective use of certain concepts which transform our understanding of society and business.

Caroline Saint-Lu

Creative director

With 15 years' experience in artistic direction, Caroline supports brands by imagining tailor-made visual identities, deployed through the activation of various areas of expertise: branding, webdesign, editorial design, social media campaigns or corporate videos.

Trained at the École l'Estienne and the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Caroline first worked as a freelancer, then in a communications agency, before joining Enderby in 2021 as Creative Director to create and manage the integrated creative studio. 

She occasionally takes part in university conferences (École Estienne - Paris), juries (École Intuit Lab and ECV - Paris), or workshops with high school and college students.

Élise Chalengeas

Financial & administrative manager

Enderby's Officer Manager since 2021, Elise supports the company's management team and consultants in three key areas: human resources, finance and internal communications. 

At the heart of the Enderby ecosystem, as both a generalist and multi-specialist, she is the key contact point for customers, partners and service providers. 

Elise began her career in retail, then within the French consular administration in London. 

After working as an assistant to the Presidency of Sorbonne University, she joined the recruitment sector as an office manager.

Marie Grillet

Consulting Director

As an Account Director at Enderby, which she joined in 2016, Marie has been supporting companies and organizations for over 10 years in their media influence and corporate communications strategies, particularly within the healthcare, social economy and human resource sectors. 

With a Master's degree in Communication Management from Celsa - Paris Sorbonne, Marie began her career in the French office of an international communications agency, before joining an independent agency specialsing in media relations. Marie also worked for a year in an international NGO based in Denmark (International Sport & Culture Association) working in the field of health prevention through physical activity.

Morgane de Sainte Marie

Publishing Director

Morgane de Sainte Marie has been Editorial Director at Enderby since 2021, bringing to life the visions and projects of companies and their executives. Her approach is to capture the uniquenes of each story to narrate ongoing transformation and develop effective and meaningful communication strategies. 

Morgane de Sainte Marie holds a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Paris, Panthéon Sorbonne, after completing preparatory classes in literature. She has forged strong expertise in corporate communications within various agencies (TBWA, Meanings and Epoka), with a strong affinity for complex environments. 

She is also editor-in-chief of A priori(s), a news website entirely conceived by Enderby, whose ambition is to promote calm debate of ideas and nuance in order to restore a taste for reflection, long-term thinking and conversation!

Cécile Jacquet

Consulting Director

For the past 10 years, Cécile has been partnering with companies, their executives and advisors for their corporate communications and thought leadership strategies. 

Cécile began her career at the Cercle des économistes, where she contributed to the organization of numerous editions of the Rencontres Economiques d'Aix-en-Provence, a flagship event in French and European business. She then took charge of communications and marketing for the Infopro Digital group's finance trade shows, before moving into consultancy with Footprint > consultants and subseuqently Vae Solis Communication. She is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and holds a Masters in International Politics from Trinity College, Dublin.

Dominic Riding

Consulting Director

With over 10 years' experience within corporate communications, Dominic advises Enderby's clients on their media influence strategies and the preservation of their reputation. Having begun his career in financial communications, Dominic has worked in various communications consultancies, all based in Paris. He has worked with executives and their management and communications teams across a wide range of sectors, including finance, technology, energy, heavy industry and fashion, with a specialism in sensitive situations. He joined Enderby in September 2023 from the French office of multinational PR agency Edelman, where he was an Client Director within the "Sensitive & Crisis Communication" practice. A French-British binational, Dominic holds a literature degree from Oxford University (Hertford College).

Claire Guermond

Consulting Director

Claire began her career in communications and marketing at Mazars, where she was involved in developing the brand internationally, first in the Paris office and then in New York. In 2014, she joined Steele & Holt, where she managed a number of corporate communications and media campaigns with a strong financial dimension, in sectors such as private equity, private banking, asset management, fintech, the art market and real estate. She has also worked on crisis communications accounts aimed at protecting the image of both companies and investors. 

A graduate of EM LYON Business School - Grande Ecole Programme (2012) and holding a law degree (2008), she joined Enderby in 2020 as an Account Directors and now works with executive search firms, asset managers, foundations, consultancies and start-ups across a variety of sectors.

Marine Plault

Consulting Director

An Account Director at Enderby since 2016, Marine has been supporting companies, their executives and consultants for over 10 years in their 360° and digital branding and communications strategies, specifically in the BtoB areas of human resources, finance and business law.

Marine holds a Master's degree in Communications Management and a Diplôme Européen d'Etudes Supérieures in digital marketing, and began her career with a consulting firm specialized in transformation, organization and change management.

Damien Piganiol

Consulting Director

For over 10 years, Damien has been partnering with companies and organizations, as well as their leaders, for their media influence strategies and corporate communications, particularly around issues with a strong economic or financial dimension in the fields of consultancy and business law, banking/insurance and energy/environment. 

Damien holds a Master's degree in International Economics from the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL, and began his career in 2013 with Enderby, initially as a consultant, before becoming Account Director from 2018.

Cyril Chassaing

Founding partner

Cyril is the Managing Partner of Enderby, which he co-founded in 2008 with Delphine Jouenne. For the past 18 years, he has been advising companies and their executives on their brand and corporate communications strategies, particularly in the B2B, audit and consulting, human resources, finance and business law sectors.

Cyril holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a business school graduate. He began his career in law firms and strategy consultancies, before moving into communications and public relations agencies. 

Every year, Cyril lectures to students of the Master Marketing & Communication at the University of Paris II on the topics of corporate communications, media strategies and public relations.
